Why We Check Your Identity
Verification is a security step we run for you, not a queue we put you in. Sending a clear photo of your national ID, a selfie that matches it, and a wallet statement in your own name lets us prove the person asking for the money is the person who owns the account. It also locks the payout path to your name,
which is the single strongest barrier against someone else redirecting your balance. Once it is done, it stays done. Most of the rejections we see are not fraud - they are glare on the ID photo, a cropped edge, or a name that differs slightly from the wallet. Take the picture in daylight, keep all four corners inside the frame, and match
the spelling exactly.
- Photograph your ID — Use your phone camera in daylight. Keep the whole card inside the frame, no flash glare, and make sure the name and number are readable without zooming.
- Take a matching selfie — Hold the phone at eye level and let the app guide the frame. Remove caps or anything covering your face so the match can be confirmed on our side.
- Add your wallet statement — A recent bKash, Nagad or Rocket statement showing your name and number ties the wallet to you. It should be the same number you plan to withdraw to.
- Wait for the confirmation — We review the set together, not one document at a time. If a photo is unreadable we tell you which one to retake, rather than restarting the whole check.
